1. Donation Acceptance and Use:

Irrevocability:

Donations are generally considered final and non-refundable once made. 

Purpose of Donation:

The terms specify all funds will be used for the building funds of the school. The funds will not be used for other donations, payroll or political contributions.

Restrictions on Use:

Organizations may outline what the donations cannot be used for, such as personal gain or illegal activities. 

Monitoring and Auditing:

Some organizations reserve the right to monitor how funds are used and conduct audits to ensure compliance. 

2. Donor Responsibilities:

Yvette Stoute will ensure funds are distributed to the The Onicah Alinanine Family.

 The Onicah Alinanine Family will give accurate and truthful information during the building process. 

Understanding Tax Implications: This is an out of country donation and there is no Federal Tax ID number.  

Donors may be responsible for understanding and complying with applicable laws regarding charitable donations. 

3. Organization's Obligations:

Transparency:

Organizations should clearly communicate how donations will be used. 

Receipts and Acknowledgements:

Donors should receive timely receipts for their donations, and potentially acknowledgements of any goods or services received in return. 

Refund Policy: There are no refunds.

Data Privacy:
